On June 19, 1984, the Advisory Planning Board reviewed a "Use by
Exception" application submitted by Kinder -Care Learning Centers, Inc.
Kinder -Care is seeking a "Use by Exception" to be permitted to operate a
child -care center in a Commercial Intensive (CI) zoning district. The
proposed site is located off of Atlantic Boulevard approximately 800
feet west of Aquatic Drive. The site will be located on property
adjoining a private cul de sac. The City Commission has previously
granted approval to JAHAH, Inc., to construct the private street for
accessibility to the subject property.
The Advisory Planning Board unanimously recommended approval of the "Use
by Exception."
The City Commission is required to consider the application and deny,
approve, or approve with conditions the "Use by Exception."
