Dear Board Members,
Upon extensive research, we have er
did obtain a building permit prior in
1972.
Mr. Selfer states that the plans he submitted and rmit
issued by the city, Included the carport addition as we�L-1 as
enclosure of the original carport. He also states that the plans
indicated a side yard of 4', and he believes the City Manager
wrote on the permit that a variance had been issued.
In that there are no minutes of the Board of Adjustment for the
year 197,2, and we can not locate the plans Mr. Salfer submitted
or a copy of the building permit, I feel Mr. Salfer's address
should be removed from our survey.
