Not only will this action contribute to the increased value of your own property but it can only result in the creation of goodwill between you and your neighbors and the general improvement of the whole neighborhood. Evaluation of the efforts you have made so far indicate you have still quite a way to go. Specifically, you need to continue your efforts to clear out all of the debris along the fence line and underneath the trees to the front of your house down to the solid ground underneath. The conglomeration of leaves and other material are creating a compost pile in a sense, which encourages the proliferation of rats, snakes and other vermin. Some attention should be given to 6ving the trunks of the Palm trees scraped to remove all of the dead material which in turn will destroy the habitat of nesting rats and mice.
