description, approved plans, and all conditions including preconstruction requirements included in the
final order. A brief description of the authorized work follows.
Project Description: Construction of a single-family dwelling, swimming pool, garage studio, other
structures/activities, excavation, and placement of fill.
Project Location: Between approximately 200 feet and 250 feet north of the Department of
Environmental Protection's reference monument R-47,in Duval County. Project address: 1519 Beach
Avenue, Atlantic Beach.
Special Instructions: A preconstruction conference is required.
