Within all residential, Zoning Districts, the maximum amount of Impervious Surface area allowed is fifty percent (50%). Within all eoM_wercial and industrial Zoning Districts, the maximum amount of Impervious Surface area allowed is seventy percent (70%). The Zoning regulations define Impervious Surface as follows: Impervious Surface shall mean those surfacev thatprevent the entry of water into the soil.
