ADDENDUM
This plan approved subject to the following provisions being
included in the building:
In hollow masonry unit construction, each unit cell shall
be reinforced with at least one No. 5 bar at all corners;
poured and tamped with concrete; such reinforcing shall
be properly tied into the footing and spandrel beam. All
wood truss rafters--*-koof conbtruction shall be securely
fastened to the exterior walls with aFproved hurricane
anchors or clips. Foot' ings shall be continuous monolithic
concrete under exteriot walls, keinforced with two 5/811
deformed reinforcing rods for one-story building and three
5/8" deformed reinforcing roda for two-story buildings.
Reinforcing rods shall be placed in the lower one-third of
the footings, roperly placed and fastened on metal
saddles with Ire. Footings shall be 20" wide and 8"
thick minimum.
The undersigned hereby certifies that he has read the above and
understands that this addendum takes precedence over any
contrary details to the plans and specifications and agrees to
comply with the intent of this addendum.
