Dear Resident,
It has come to the attention of the Code Enforcement Department that the
above address has not signed up for garbage services with the City of Atlantic
Beach.
At this time we request that you come into the City's Water Department
located at 716 Ocean Boulevard to sign up for service. We require a payment
of $24.00 plus a prorated bill.
This matter will be turned over to the Code Enforcement Board in thirty
(30) days from today's date.
Under Floria Statue Chapter 162.09 Paragraph (2) (a) , the Code Enforcement
Board May impose fines not to exceed $250.00 per day for a first violation. . . .
