At that time we discussed the fact that you must discontinue chaining your four dogs on the City right-of-way and easements. Animal excrement, feeding dishes and aluminum foil are being thrown into the stormwater drainage system. This violates City Ordinance Section 22-71. Allowing the animals to remain on the City right-of-way violates Section 19-1 - obstructing free passage of right-of-way. You were informed at that time and agreed to remove your dogs from City property. Your cooperation in this matter is appreciated. Should you fail to comply this matter will be turned over to the Code Enforcement Board.
