Jenny, Joyce brought this to my attention just now. This address is not even listed in Property Appraisal. They do show
that Jack McBride owes 2 pieces of property on West Dutton Island Road but they don't show anything on them. You
might want to pull this application and see whats going on. I know he has connected to water and sewer but what did he
