We appreciate your cooperation in allowing and assisting us with this safety inspection. The findings of the inspection revealed: 1. Exterior stair cases are in poor condition, pulling away from the wall and hand rails in need of repair. 2. Cover plates were missing from several outlets and switches. Some outlets were damaged and should be replaced, kitchen and bathroom outlets should be equiped with ground fault ( GFI ) outlets. 3.
