Construction roll -off container is scheduled to be picked up no later than 8am tomorrow; hopefully they will get it today!
Walgreens called in for the pick up this morning. Porto -let has been removed from the site according to my site
superintendent. The rip rap and additional sod will be installed before the end of the day today.
The sod in the retention pond was staked during the installation. The site superintendent will have all debris removed
from structures and along bulkhead today. We will address the erosion on the north end of the wall today as well.

I am assuming the comment regarding the sign is referencing the monument sign. The sign was built according to the
plans that were permitted and we had an inspection on the signage last Friday. Walgreens contracts directly with the sign
installer (ICON) and they also handle the permitting. What do we need to do to resolve this?
Would you be able to make another site visit late this afternoon or first thing tomorrow to review the issues for the TCO?

Why is there standing water in all inlets, when we have not had significant rainfall in weeks? Will
percolation trenches work when we have rain and ground water level approaches normal values? What value
was used for draw down calculations?
Other issues:
Before issuing TCO - Construction rolloff and porto -let must be removed from site.
Additional rip -rap needed at pond outfall into canal
Bare earth between sod and existing vegetation along canal bank between southern end of
bulkhead and pond
Minor:
Is sod on retention pond banks staked in place? Steep bank, if significant rain comes it will fall, if not.
Debris in catch basins (long rod / wood scrap in S -1 B)
Debris along canal face of bulkhead.
North end of wall — erosion point where bare earth /wall and mulch meet.
Other issue:
Business sign — measured at 14' 5" long — max size by code is 12' (Code 17 -29 (4) (c)).

Attached are the as -built drawings for the site. We should have all the required copies to Dominion
Engineering today and Mike Bowles is working hard for us to get them turned around and the final
documents submitted tomorrow morning. Will these electronic copies allow you to do a site inspection?
As you are aware by the email below we are trying to open this store for business next Monday
November 1 and will need at least a TCO to do that! Any help would be much appreciated or anything I
can do to make this happen let me know.
The owner has also asked me to inquire if the City will allow us to submit a bond or letter of guarantee to
obtain a TCO in the event we can not get all the paperwork submitted. They are looking at any and all
options to get open on Monday.
I left a message with on your voicemail this morning if you get a chance today call me so that we can
further discuss. I realize we are behind on getting this information to you and if we are unable to get a
TCO for Monday morning I need to let Walgreens know ASAP. Once again I appreciate your time and
help with this.

Brian, drawings received, under review. Assuming this is satisfactory, the only thing additional needed is
a copy of the EN -45 Certification of As -Built Construction as submitted to the SJRWMD. I can do the site
inspection with the drawings here and sign off on a TCO, but will need the WMD certification for final.

Attached are the as -built drawings for the site. We should have all the required copies to Dominion
Engineering today and Mike Bowles is working hard for us to get them turned around and the final
documents submitted tomorrow morning. Will these electronic copies allow you to do a site inspection?
As you are aware by the email below we are trying to open this store for business next Monday
November 1 and will need at least a TCO to do that! Any help would be much appreciated or anything I
can do to make this happen let me know.
The owner has also asked me to inquire if the City will allow us to submit a bond or letter of guarantee to
obtain a TCO in the event we can not get all the paperwork submitted. They are looking at any and all
options to get open on Monday.
1 left a message with on your voicemail this morning if you get a chance today call me so that we can
further discuss. I realize we are behind on getting this information to you and if we are unable to get a
TCO for Monday morning I need to let Walgreens know ASAP. Once again I appreciate your time and
help with this.
