Atlantic Beach Building Dept archives, dating back t. 1977 show parcel 169827 -0500 as being addressed 450 East Coast
Drive, with the exception of one permit application d•ted 1988 which listed "300 Fifth Street a /k /a 450 East Coast Drive" as
the address. We do not have a historic file for 300 Fift or 5th Street. Current utility (water, sewer, garbage) records also
show the active address as 450 East Coast Drive. Howe er, the original platted lots and the existing house were /are all
oriented towards 5th Street, so it is not unreasonable to ink that may have been the original address.

address of record for this parcel is 300 5th Street. Our site shows 450 East Coast Dr. The taxpayer states the front
