for three years, with the option to extend the contracts for two additional two -year
periods.
C. Award annual contracts for environmental laboratory services (RFP #10 -08) to
Environmental Conservation Laboratories, Inc., Advanced Environmental Laboratories,
Inc. and Columbia Analytical Services, Inc.

available at the entrance to the Commission Chambers.

item. However, the City Commission may act upon any agenda subject, regardless of how the matter
is stated on the agenda.
