Interest and Oualifications
1 am a concerned Resident-Taxpayer who would like to be part of the
Community Development Board shaping the future of Atlantic Beach.
I graduated from the Military Technical University in Budapest-Hungary
and after graduation I was teaching there 'ill 1956.
After the popular uprising 1 escaped to Austria and from there the US
Government offered to bring me to the United States. In the USA, I made the
decision to go into the private sector and start civilian life.
After working for 9 years in the Pharmaceutical Industry in New
Jersey, 1 married an American Girl and moved to Pennsylvania where I
was hired by the Engineered Products Division of HARSCO Corporation.
In 1974 I was promoted as Director of Technology and in 1980 became the
Manager of the International Group.
In that position I was invited to be the Speaker at many International
Technical Conferences. My technical papers were published in Chemical
Engineering, Process Engineering and several other international
publications. I conducted seminars at the University of Chemical
Engineering in Milan-Italy in Mexico City, Clemson University and more.
Traveled the world on business and experienced positive and negative
Community Developments.
I know that as a member of the CDB, I will be able to help with shaping the
City to benefit all the Citizens.
