Dear Ms. Downey:
The request for final payment for the Jordan Park Restroom
facility has been forwarded to me. The following items must be
completed before approval of the final payment:
1. The plywood on the exterior soffits does not fit properly.
The cuts at all of the joints are crooked and will allow the
caulking at the joints to crack causing moisture between the cracks
and reduced lifetime of the paint and soffit materials. The
plywood must be replaced and installed in an acceptable workmanlike
manner;
2 . The screws used to attach the soffit are drywall screws
and are not approved for exterior use. All screws must be
acceptable for exterior use;
3. Caulking around exterior of building has holes at joints
and is separating at several areas;
4. The supply lines to both sinks are broken and pulled away
from the walls;
5. Four tiles in the men's room above the toilet have holes
in them. This appears to have been intended to attach the handicap
grab rails to. Tiles must be replaced;
6. Paint on doors is unacceptable. Doors must be sanded to
remove debris in paint and repainted.
7 . Bathrooms must be thoroughly cleaned inside and out;
8. Tiles next to ladies' room door at the base need to be
grouted;
9. The valves on the water closets are unstable, loose
fitting. Need to be corrected.
10. Product literature for plumbing, roofing, doors,
hardware, thresholds, etc. , must be supplied to the City as per
plans.

c) Location of all trees w/DBH of six inches or more
d) Tree species and sizes
e) Trees to oe removed should be clearly marked
f ) Trees to be relocated should be clearly marked
g) Location of any proposed replacement trees
h) Identify trees of special or unique characteristic
i ) idenify trees within 10 feet of construction areas
j) Show location and type of tree protective barriers
k) Location of utilities, accesses and easements
1 ) Location of vehicle travel corridors
M) Location of commercial sprinkler/irrigation systems
n) Landscape maintenance plan (commercial only)
0) Staging areas for equipment and material storage
3 . All trees identified for removal must be marked on site by K�&
flagging or tape.
SECTION C
I agree to comply with the rules and practices established in
Chapter 23, Articie II of the Code of Orclinances of Atlantic Beach.
