A recent site inspection made at the above referenced property, reveals the
existing structure may be unsafe and further investigation is necessary to insure that the
structure is not harmful to adjacent property owners or the general public. The City
requests your permission to enter the property and conduct the necessary inspection. If
your permission is not given, the City of Atlantic Beach may secure a warrant to inspect
which is available by law.
Following the inspection, you will be provided with the results of the City's
investigation. If the building is found unsafe, as described in the City of Atlantic Beach
ordinances you will be required to make the necessary corrections. Please contact this
office on or before June 23, 2008, and arrange for an inspection of the building. If you
