POLICE OFFICERS' PENSION BOARD SPECIAL MEETING
MEETING MINUTES
September 24, 2010
1. The City of Atlantic Beach Police Officers' Pension Board meeting was called to order at 2:00
PM. The members in attendance were trustees: Vic Gualillo, Dale Hatfield, John Wolfel, and Harry
McNally. Bob Sternfeld was absent. Nelson Van Liere, Pension Plan Administrator was also in
attendance.
2. The letter dated 09/10/10 from Pension Board Attorney Scott Christiansen of Christiansen &
Dehner, P.A. was discussed by the Board.
3. The Claims Procedures & Application for Disability Retirement from Pension Board
Attorney Scott Christiansen of Christiansen & Dehner, P.A. were discussed. The motion to
approve the policy & the application without any modifications was made by Harry McNally,
seconded by Dale Hatfield & was unanimously approved.
4. Adjournment — the meeting was adjourned at 2:09 PM by Harry McNally.
