Lot 4, Block 181, Section H: Paul Nichols of Bestcon submitted the following correction to the site plan: the 17"oak to the north of the drive is actually a 21"twin oak. Mr.Nichols advised that there are no protected trees being cut down to build the house. However,the 7"hickory on the south side of the house has to be removed because it grows over the house. Mr. Nichols stated that he would like to use for mitigation the 5"oak which is not marked on the survey but is located on the south side of the house just east of the 11"oak. A motion was made by Board Member Jacobson, seconded by Board Member Bell and unanimously carried to approve the application and to direct Building Official Ford to issue a permit for the removal of 7" of protected oak to be mitigated by the protection of a 5"oak on site. 1. 1983 Beach Avenue: Building Official Ford indicated that Mr. Bull was unable to attend and requested Building Official Ford to represent his application.
