He agreed to establish a grade line for checking the swales so that we could confirm positive drainage and should be ready for another inspection tomorrow. We informed Craig that he would need to pave the roadway in front of the two homes and he argued that there was no requirement to days to do the work, or we will use the bond do so, however if we insisted, he would do it to have another contractor pave the road. - in "about 6 months." After reviewing our Bob City Code with Sonya, I believe Section 24- 252 c allows us to require paving and 1 will require Habitat to do so.
