The meeting was called to order by the Mayor-Commissioner, Mr.
Howell.
Bids were received and opened for a car for the City Manager
and listed as follows :
Lynch-Davidson - Ford 81880.00
Duval Motors - Ford 1867.35
J.C. Carter - Rambler 1845 .00
Thor Chevrolet X844.45
Brooks Motors - Plymouth 1798.35
Upon motion of Mr. Roberts, seconded by Mr. Moore and carried
the bids wore received for tabulation and study.
Upon motion of Mr. Moore , seconded by Mr: Roberts a special meet-
ing was set for Friday night, April 17th, 1959.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned.
