Builders for payment that was due upon rough inspection completion. We have sent certified letters to

Debbie, while I was at the above address today, I discovered that the contractor took the ceiling out of the existing living
room, turned it into a vaulted ceiling. He said it wasn't a structure change. So I asked him why the need for the 4 huge
2ply beams in the ceiling area ? Any way I told him there would be no more inspection for his job until we get some as
built plans or something from an engineer on the alteration for that room. Can we flag his permit some how or what
would you recommend ? MJ.
