This plan approved subject to the following provisions being included
in the building;
In hollow masonry unit_construction, each unit cell shall be
reinforced with at least one No. 5 bar at all corners; poured
and tamped with concrete; such reinforcing shall be properly
tied into the footing and spandrel beam. All wood truss rafters--
roof construction shall be securely fastened to the exterior
walls with ap roved hurricane anchors or clips. Footings shall

be continuous monolithic concrete under exterior walls, reinforced
with two 5/8" deformed reinforcing rods for one-
story buildings and three 5/8" deformed reinfor-
cing rods for two-story buildings. Reinforcing
