ATLANTIC BEACH TOWN COUNCIL HELD AT THE TOWN HALL ON THURSDAY,
OCTOBER 20TH, 1955 AT 8 P.M.

The fleeting was called to order by the Vice-President, Mr. Carr,
in the absence of the President, and went in to session as an
Egmalization Board to hear complaints or requests for changes in
the 1955 Tax Roll. Certificate of Pgblication covering this meet-
ing is attached hereto and made a part of these minutes. No one
appeared and on motion of Mr. Thames the meeting adjourned into
regular session.
The ToWn Clerk reported that cancelled coupons from our Utility
Revenue Bonds have beehreceived as follows :
197 Cpns . 417. 50 each Nos . 49-191 202-255 $3 ,447.50
42 " " 16.25 " " 1-10, i7-48 68 . 50
4,130.00
The remaining coupons in amount of $272.50 are still outstanding.
The Town Clerk was directed to cancel and file those coupons
received.
The Town Manager reported on the progress of the well to date .
Mr. Richard Hamilton, Tax Assessor, suggested that the Council give
serious consideration to revalueing the Town for the 1956 Tax Roll.
Upon motion of Mr . Thames the meeting adjourned from day to day at
8 :30 P.M.
