Please be advised, this letter is to inform you that permit number 10-621 issued for work at the
above referenced address has expired on December 25, 2010 in accordance with the Florida
Building Code Section 105.4.1 which states "Every permit shall become invalid unless the work
authorized by such permit is commenced within six months after its issuance, or if the work
authorized by such permit is suspended or abandoned for a period of six months after the time the
work is commenced." Work is considered abandoned when an approved inspection is not
obtained within a six-month period.
Failure to obtain an approved inspection within the next thirty days will result in additional fees
being required to renew your permit as required by Section 6-26(a)(9) of the City of Atlantic
Beach Code of Ordinances to wit:
