Mr. Irving Spitzer and Mr. George Bull appeared before the Council to ask for assurance that they can get the necessary water and improvements for the proposed sub-division of approximately 70 houses in the Saltair sub-division. Since the Town election is only a few days off, this Council does not feel that they should take any action on this, but that it should be brought before the new Council for their consideration. Mr. Brot chie suggested that Mr. Spitzer present a plat of the Saltair sub- division with the proposed improvements drawn on it to the new Council.
