Your practice of spray-painting automobiles on these premises constitutes a violation of the fire codes of the City of Atlantic Beach, and this practice violates the covenants of your lease, specifically, paragraph 5. which prohibits any unlawful, improper or offensive use of the premises. Due to the fact that your actions violate the fire codes of the city, Stor-Park Systems, Inc. is vulnerable to fines and/or the revocation of our occupational license. Therefore, I view this situation as extremely important, and I will not tolerate any further actions such as these. As we discussed today, you will immediately remove any and all spray painting materials and equipment, and will cease any further spray painting of vehicles. Finally, as stated above this is a violation of the covenants of your lease with Stor-Park Systems, Inc., therefore, as stated in paragraph 16 of your lease., any further violations of this kind will place you in default of your lease. In addition to forfeiting your security deposit, the locks to your unit will be altered, I will commence eviction proceedings, and you will be notified of the attorney's fees and cleaning/repair costs that you will owe. Failure to pay all amounts due within the time period stated in your eviction notice will result in the public sale of your personal property stored on these premises. Yours truly, R. L.
