1.
OTES:1. FOR EACH NEW TURBO PLANT AERATION BLOWER, REMOVE THE COMPLETE
EXISTING AUTO -TRANSFORMER TWE REDUCED VOTAGE MOTOR STARTER
UNITS FROM THE MCC AND PROVIDE COMPLETE NEW SOLID STATE REDUCED
VOLTAGE SOFT START MOTOR STARTER UNITS WITHIN THE MCC.
2. FOR EACH EXISTING EFFLUENT PUMP PROVIDE REMOTE CONTROL FROM THE
SCADA SYSTEM INCLUDING NEW MCC MOUNTED INTERPOSING RELAYS
INTERCONNECTED TO THE EXISTING MOTOR STARTERS TO PROVIDE 'FORCE
STOP', 'FORCE LOW SPEED' AND 'FORCE HIGH SPEED' CONTROL
3. REPLACE THE EXISTING EFFLUENT PUMP AUTOMATIC ALTERNATOR AND LEAD
PUMP SELECTOR SWITCH LOCATED IN THE MAIN INSTRUMENTATION PANEL,
TO RESTORE LEAD PUMP AUTOMATIC ALTERNATION.
4. REMOVE AND REPLACE THE EXISTING HIGH MAST LIGHTING SYSTEMS FOR
EACH HIGH MAST LIGHT POLE (THREE POLES), INCLUDING COMPLETE NEW
TOP LATCHING LOWER DEVICE, HEADFRAME, RING ASSEMBLY. LUMINAIRE
MOUNTING ARMS, STAINLESS STEEL HOIST CABLES, TWO CIRCUIT 480 VOLT
POWER CABLES, AND TWO CIRCUIT ENCLOSED CIRCUIT BREAKERS FOR EACH
POLE REPLACE THE EXISTING HIGH MAST LUMINAIRES (SIX PER POLE) WITH
NEW MATCHING LUMINAIRES (HOLOPHANE HMST400HP48APS). ALL NEW
EQUIPMENT SHALL BE COMPATIBLE WITH THE EXISTING POLES AND SHALL
MAINTAIN THE EXISTING WAND LOAD RATINGS PROVIDE ONE NEW PORTABLE
WINCH AND POWER UNIT INCLUDING STEP DOWN TRANSFORMER.
5. PROVIDE DN/OFF/AUTO REMOTE CONTROL OF EACH HIGH MAST LIGHTING
CIRCUIT FROM 7HE SCADA SYSTEM, INCLUDING PHOTO -CELL AUTOMATIC
CONTROL AND 14 DAY/OAY OF WEEK/TIME OF DAY AUTOMATIC CONTROL
