Because the sidewalk is on the other side of the street on 7 I don't have a problem with beginning removal of the existing driveway before the permit is processed. The permit fee will be doubled for starting without getting permit first. Need both a ROW and Revocable Encroachment Permit (for pavers in the row) — forms attached. Give to Shirley and ask her to expedite by scanning and emailing to me, otherwise will take an additional day for routing. Attached is a survey of one of my permitted projects. We are planning on removing the concrete drive and put a concrete paver drive in. There is about a 150 sq ft difference from existing. We are well under the impervious amount. My situation is my paving contractor thought I already had the permit for the drive and we are scheduled for tomorrow.
