COUNCIL HELD AT THE TOWN HALL ON MONDAY, JUNE 1st, 1953
AT 8 P.M.

Adele S. Grage, Town Clerk
The meeting was called to order by the Vice-President
Mr. Weiss and went into session for Public Hearing on
proposed change in Zoning Ordinance to increase Minimum
Lot Coverage in Residential areas lying east of and
abutting on Sherry Drive and Seminole Rd. Proof of
Publication of the notice for this Public Hearing is
attached hereto and made a part of these minutes. No
one appeared to protest, and there was a discussion of
the proposed change , and also suggestions which had
been made to the Councilmen individually. M Harcourt
Bull, who was present, also commented on one of the
suggestions relative to making an exception when there
were already smaller houses adjoining the property.
However it was decided to leave the lot coverage at
900 sq. feet on single story residenme, and 750 on
1 2 or 3 story redidence. The Clerk read the Ordi-
nance and,$ upon motion of Mr. Marvin, seconded by Mr.
Minchew rdinance #154 was passed on third and final
reading.
Upon motion of Mr. Minchew the meeting adjourned.
