The property is a danger to anyone who might be on your property. Our purpose is to protect you and the public from harm caused by unsafe buildings. I appreciate your prompt response and agree that a April 12, 1999 date is a reasonable amount of time to complete demolition of the top two floors of the structure and to repair the lower floor for temporary storage. The demolition will require a demolition permit issued by our office and the repair work on the ground floor will require a building permit. We have cited the small house also and expect to see plans for bringing it into compliance. Please contact me at 247-5826 if you have any questions regarding this matter. Sincerely, C" V-& Don c.
