The meeting was called to order for the purpose of receiving the
certified results of the Special Referendum Election from the
officials.
Upon motion of Mr. Ganzel, seconded by Mr. Kirby the following

Election held in Atlantic Beach, Florida , on March 21, A.D., 1950
for the purpose of Ratifyingand Approving Legislative Acts, Being
Chapters 25676, 25677, 25678, canvassed the votes cast and did make
due returns of the same in words and figures as follows:

We, the undersied, being the Inspectors and Clerk appointed to
conduct the Special Referendum Election in the To%n of Atlantic
Beach, on Tuesday, parch 21, 1950, for the purpose of ratifying
and approving Legislative Acts, Being Chapters 25676, 25677, and
• 25678, hereby certify that we conducted said election on said date,

NCW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that it is herewith unanimously
voted that said returns be accepted as reported,
AND BE IT FURTHER. RESOLVED, and it is hereby found and deter-
mined by the Town Council of Atlantic Beach, acting in the
capacity of a canvassing board, that a majority of the quali-
fied voters, who participated in said Special Referendum
Election cast their votes in favor of the above Legislative
Acts as follows :
