preparation .\ oar w ich Federal fundsw ere advanced was
discussed at length, and upon motion of Mr. Bull, seconded by
Mr. Minchew action wasdeferred udtil the completed plans
were received and computation of fees checked and presented
to Council.
Upon motion of Mr. Bull, seconded by Mr. Minchew the
list of qualified voters was declared canvassed and lit does
not appear to have any name known that are not qualified.
Er. I.Iinchew moved adjournment from day to day.

Upon motion of hr. Bull, seconded by Mr. Williams, the
following Resolution was passed:
WHEREAS the Inspector and the Clerk of the Special Referendum
Election held in Atlantic Beach on July gth, 1947 for the purpose
of approving or disapproving the new charter, canvassed the votes
cast and did make due returns of the same in words and figures
as follows :

We, the undersigned, being the Inspectors
and Clerk appointed to conduct the General
Election in the Town of Atlantic Beach, on
Tuesday, July 6th, 1947, for the purpose of
approval or disapproval of clew charter, hereby
certify th. t we conducted said election on

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, and it is hereby found and determined
by the Town Council of Atlantic Beach, acting in capacity of a
canvassing board, that a majority of the qualified voters ,
who participated in said Special aeferendum Election cast
their ballots as follows:

and it is further found and determined that the majority
