Upon motion of Mr. Bull, seconded by Mr. Minchew the list of qualified voters was declared canvassed and lit does not appear to have any name known that are not qualified. Er. Bull, seconded by Mr. Williams, the following Resolution was passed: WHEREAS the Inspector and the Clerk of the Special Referendum Election held in Atlantic Beach on July gth, 1947 for the purpose of approving or disapproving the new charter, canvassed the votes cast and did make due returns of the same in words and figures as follows : GIRTIiICATE OF RESULT OF SPECIAL REFERENDUM . .
