05-27-46 v MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE ATLANTIC BEACH TOWN
COUNCIL HELD MONDAY, MAY 27th, 1946 AT $ P.M.
The meeting was called by the President pursuant of the
following notice dated May 22nd :
"G.L. Rosborough, Mayor
and
E.L. Chiasson
Beale Travis
E.L. Jones
Don Goodling, Councilmen
Frank Thompson, Attorney
Frazier, Town Supervisor
Adele S. Grate , Town Clerk
You, and each of you are hereby notified that there
will be a special meeting of the Atlantic Bead} Town
Council at the Town Hall at $ P .M. , May 27th, 1946.
Please take due notice thereof and govern yourselves
accordingly.
The following matter will be considered:
1. To pass an Ordinance amending Ordinance #24,
Safety Bathing Zones.

Upon motion of Beale Travis , seconded by E.L. Chiasson
an Ordinance amending Ordinance # 24, Creating Safety
Bathing Zones on the Beach, was passed on first reading.
Upon motion of Beale Travis , seconded by E.L. Chiasson it
was passed on second reading. This amendment is to Section
1 relative to time for roping off beach.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
