TOWN COUNCIL HELD SATURDAY, JUNE 15th, 1946.
The meeting was called by the President pursuant of
necessary notice.
The President called the metting to order and the
following Resolution was adopted on approval of
E.L. Jones , Beale Travis ,&E.L. Chiasson:
RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAY OR AND TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF ATLANTIC BEACH, DUVAL COUNTY, FLORIDA:
That the sale of intoxicating liquors be permitted
within the Town Limits by licensed dealers between
the hours of 2 P?M. and $ P .M. on Sundays provided,
however, no package goods of any sort shall be sold
for consumption off the premises of the said licensed
dealer, and provided further that no liquor contain-
ing more than 20% by volumn of alchohol shall be sold
except by drink.
There being ho further business the meeting adjourned.
