03-11-41 v MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MONTHLY MEETING OF TIE ATLANTIC BEACH
TONN COUNCIL HELD AT THE TONN HALL AT 8 P. M. , MARCH 11 , 1941.
The Clerk called the roll and the following members
answered present:
Fred C. Allen,
Harcourt Bull , Jr.
J. C. Outlar.
The Mayor, Yr. G. L. Rosborough was also present.
Upon motion of Mr. Cutler, seconded by Mr. Bull , Mr.
Allen was elected President Pro Tem, both the President and Vice-
?resident being absent.
The Clerk read the minutes of the regular monthly
meeting of February 11 , which, upon motion of Yr. Cutler, second-
ed by Mr. Bull , were approved as read.
The Clerk read the minutes of the special meeting
of March 4 and upon motion of Mr. Cutler, seconded by Mr. Bull ,
they were approved as read.
Upon motion of Mr. Cutler, seconded by Mr. Bull , the
following bills were approved and ordered paid;

All bills received in connection with the Adams Tax Suit were
discusses and Passed for consideration at the next meeting.
All pending Ordinances were Passed for consideration
until the next regular meeting.
The application of C . J. Singleton to sink a three
to two inch artesian well on Lot 24, Section H (west side of May-
port Road ) was approved.
The Clerk read a letter from the Town Attorney asking
that members of the Council attend a meeting of the Duval County
Legislative Delegation et the Court House at 8 P. M. March 18,
1941. At that time bills proposed by the Town to be introduced
in the coming session of the State Legislature are to be
considered.
The Clerk read a letter from Ernest E. Anders indicat-
ing an adjustment on the current used for street lights.
There being no further business for consideration,
the meeting was adjourned.
