04-19-2610 a MINUTES of a regular Meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Atlantic Beach, Fla., held at the Town Hall on the 19th. day of 41April, 1926. There being no members of the Council present except Bir. Horne j'the meeting was adjourned to meet in Special Session on the 26th. !,day of April, 1926, at the regular hour. Vass E. Stolbrand Town Clerk MINUTES of a Special Session of the Town Council of Atlantic Beach, 'Fla., at the Town -dall on April 26, 1926. The meeting was called to order at 8:20 p.m. by the President. Present - All members except "'r. Bell. The reading of the minutes of the previous meeting was dispensed with at the request of the Town Clerk who reported that owing to various matters he had been unable to write them up. ORDINANCE A-6 was read by Mr. Pritchard, passed on its first reading and referred to the Committee on laws and Rulws for immediate report. The said Committee reported that said ORDINANCE was duly approved ;and recommended that it be put upon passage. It was moved by Mr. Pritchard and seconded by Bir. Horne that rules, be waived and it be put upon its second reading;cand moved and seconded as before that it be passed on second reading and placed upon third reading and final passage, upon which the vote resulted' Mr. Pritchard Aye Bir. Rolgers - Aye Ur. Horne - Aye Mr. Mason - Aye Band Bir. Bell, who had appeared in the meantime, voted Aye, and it was so ordered. The following was duly passed: Be It Resolved by the Town Council of the Town of Atlantic Beach in Special Session duly called that registration under ORDINANCE ':+A-6 be and are hereby set for the hours from 4 p.m. to 7 p.ip. on the days as set forth in such ORDINANCE except for Sundays and legal holidays. s ORDINANCE A-7, as read by Mr. Mason was passed on its first reading and referred'to Committee on haws and Rules for immediate report, and said Committee recommending passage, it was moved by Mr. Pritchard and seconded by Mr. Horne that the rules be waived and it be put upon its second reading; and mooed and seconded as before that it be passed on second reading and placecl upon third ;:reading and final passage, upon which the vote resulted as follows- Lr. Pritchard - Aye Bir. Rogers Aye Bir.
