MINUTES of a regular Lie sting of the Town Council of the Town
of Atlantic Beach, Fla., held at the Town Hall on the 19th. day of
April, 192&.
There being no members of the Council present except Dir. Horne
the meeting was ed~ourned to meet in Special Session on the 26th.
day of April, 1926, at the reg~:.lar hour.

Fla., at the Town Hall on April 26, 1926.
The meeting was called to ord®r at 8:20 p.m. by the Fresident.
Present - All members except "'r. Bell.The
reading of the minutes of the previous meeting was dispensed with
at the request of the Town Clerk who reported that owing to various
matters he had been unable to write them up.ORDINANCE
A-6 was read by fir. Pritchard, passed on its first
reading and referred to the Committee on haws and Bv,has for
immediate report.
The said Committee reported that said ORDINANCE was duly approved
and recommended that it be put upon passage.
It was moved by fir. Pritchard and seconded by ~3r. Horne that rules.
be waived and it be put upon its second reading;uand moved and
seconded as before that it be passed on second reading and placed
upon third reading and final passage, upon which the vote resulted
qtr. Pritchard: - Aye fir.
Rogers - Aye i~4r.
Horne - Aye fir. Cason - Aye
and T~ir. Bell,
who had appeared in the meantime, voted Aye, and it was so ordered.
The following was duly
passed:Be It Resolved by
the Town Council of the Town of Atlantic Beach in Special Session duly
called that registration under ORDINANCE A-6 be and
are hereby set for the hours from 4 p.m. to 7 p.rp.on the days
ss set forth in such ORDINANCE except for Sundays and legal holidays.
ORDINANCE A-7,
as read by fir. Cason was passed on its first reading. and
referred to Committee on Laws and Rules for immediate report, and
said Committee recommending passage, it was moved by Mr. Pritchard
and seconded by t:~r. Horne that the rules be aaived and it
be put upon its second reading; and moi~ed and seconded as before that
it be passed on second reading and placed upon third reading and
final passage, upon which the vote resulted as follows=fir. Pritchard -
Aye Ivir. Rogers - Aye

Bell - Aye Iir. Cason -
Aye and it was
so ordered.ORDINANCE A-
