bteeting called to order by V.- President of the Council Pritchard.Present:
Messrs. Pritchard, Bell and Horne.Idinutes
of previous meeting were read and approved.The
Special Committee on Electric Lighting in the Town reported having
seen and conferred with fir. Fowler of the Jacksonville Beach
Bond Committee as well as 2Jir. W. H.Adams, but that there seemed
to be no solution in sight without the purchase of the existing
lines from fir. Adams by the Town.The
discussion revealed that the lines as existing had besn~erected'at
cost of private parties - so far as related to lines w&ich hadcaused
the appointment of the Committee - and that the parties.immediately affected had
paid bZr. Adams for same. It was not clearly revealed whether
bir. Adams claimed ownership of the lines so eonstrneted taut
that otherwise he laid claim to existing lines.'.There being no
other solution in sight and no further business before the Council,
