Visitor, Mrs. Bonnie Booth, informed the Committee that the 4`'' Street Beach Access Group
has been inactive, therefore Mr. & Mrs. Both have been paying to have the 4`~ St. beach. access
maintained. Mrs. Booth heard that funds are available to pay for maintenance. After discussion,
the Committee decided that at the present time funds could not be used to pay a contractor for

providing flyers and signs to make everyone aware of the need for neighborhood participation.
Ron advised the Committee that he sent out meeting notices to several people in an attempt to
increase membership, of the notices sent the Committee had one new person. He also stated that

to their friends and neighbors about participating on the Committee.
