Minutes of August 2, 1993
The Board met for its regular meeting on Monday, August 2,
in the Conference Room of City Hall. Present were:
John Weldon, Jr. Tom Frohne
Hope Van Nortwick
Staff: George Worley, Board Designee
Carl Walker, Coordinator
The meeting was called to order at 7:30 PM by John Weldon,
acting Chairman in the absence of Carolyn Woods.
The Board reviewed the application for property located at
342 7th Street. Tony Harasz, representing the builder, was
present. Following a brief discussion, a motion was made by
Torn Frohne to approve the application and plans, as proposed.
Hope Van Nortwick seconded and the motion unanimously passed.
There were no further applications for consideration.
George Worley advised that the litigation on Mr. Blackard' s
property at 16th Street had been resolved and that the plans
for the dune cross-over at that location were being revised.
Carl Walker reported that a tentative Commission budget work-
shop was scheduled for August 16 so the next Board meeting
would again be held in the Conference Room.
Minutes of the last meeting were reviewed and a motion made
by Torn Frohne to accept them as written. Hope Van Nortwick
seconded and the motion carried by a unanimous vote.
There was no further business before the Board and the meet-
ing was adjourned at 7:42 PM.
