Minutes of Meeting of February 3, 1992
The regular meeting of the Board was held Monday, February 3,
1992, in the Conference Room, City Hall. Present were:
Carolyn Woods, Chairman Jim Pelkey
Tom Frohne John Weldon, Jr.
Carl Walker, Coordinator
George Worley, Designee
The Meeting was called to order by Carolyn at 7:30 pm.
The only application for Board consideration was for removal
of 6 trees on property at Lot # 307, Sec. # 3, Saltair Sub-
division. No representative of the owner or builder was pre-
sent for discussion of the plans with the Board.
The plans were reviewed and discussed by the Board and it was
noted that only those trees within the footprint of the house
were to be removed and that it appeared all efforts were made
to retain the other trees on the property.
Jim Pelkey moved to accept the plans as submitted with excep-
tions or changes noted in red. John Weldon seconded and the
motion passed unanimously.
The minutes of the last meeting were unanimously accepted as
written, following a motion made by John Weldon, and seconded
by Tom Frohne.
Discussion took place on names for recommendation as poten-
tial Board members to fill the existing vacancy. Several
people were suggested and are to be contacted by Board mem-
bers to see if they have an interest in serving.
With no further business or discussion, the meeting was ad-
