Mr. & Mrs. Jones were present to discuss the plans/application with the Board. Mr. Jones, the property owner, prepared the tree survey. It was expressed by Carolyn Woods that the plans did not cor- relate with the actual site. Hope Van Nortwick shared this opinion. Considerable discussion took place as to whether or riot the site plan was acceptable due to the possibility of error. A great deal of deliberation followed and ultimately it was agree that the Jones would keep a number of trees, so marked on the plans, to compensate for those being removed. Hope Van Nortwick moved to accept the plan, as marked, with the understanding that George Worley, as designee, would verify compliance with the provisions of the plan. John Weldor, seconded and the motion passed. John Weldon advised that no progress had been made in re- drafting of the proposed amendment to the Tree Ordinance.
