It was decided that this could be con- sidered if specific trees to be removed were so indicated on the tree survey. Mr. Porter advised that this would be done and that he would return with this information for further review. Holly Hoover, representing property owners Dr. & Mrs. R. Van Cleve, requested that the Board approve removal of trees in order to install a circular driveway at Section # 32, Town- ship 2, Range 29 E. , 2 adjoining lots on which the owners are planning to build a private residence. On the property, Ms. Hoover advised that there were 250 total trees, 152 of which had 6" DBH or more, and 55 of these were proposed for removal. A survey and plans of the property were presented the Board. Following considerable discussion, a motion was made by Hope Van Nortwick to table action on the request until such time as the Board was afforded the opportunity to make an on site visit to the property for appropriate eval- uation. The motion was seconded by Tom Frohne and passed unanimously. Carolyn woods reported on the act ion taken by the City Com- mission at the second reading and public hearing of the Tree Ordinance amendment. She reminded the Board that a workshop was set for Monday, November 30, with the Commission for the purpose of reviewing/revising the proposed amendment. Carl will send a reminder to the Board prior to the meeting. In other business, Carl reminded Carolyn Woods and Jim Pelkey that their Board terms expire in January of 1993. It was pointed out that the ordinance allowed for a second consecu- tive term. it will be necessary that a decision be made so that the Mayor can be notified prior to January. A question was brought up about the recent removal and/or re- location of some trees or shrubs at Northshore Grill. George will check out and advise at the next meeting. - 2 - - v - A_ae .Aaag `pa44Twgns ATTln44 dsa8 -wd +l:R 4e pau, inoCpe 5ut 4eaw ay4 pue ssautsng .Aag4,4n; ou sem a 4au j -{jsnowtueun passed not .ow ap4 pue papuooas )13tM.JoN Ue( adoH -Ua44T„tM se waq . .daaae o= panow auuo..t- Isle p1 pue pea-A a,&at sa.nutw aq -paute.gc ag 4sag puma Gay, wogM woa4 o Moq pue ea.4e a4. 40 sgde.A5a4ogd TeT.Aae o4 Esu 4era_4 pamoT ;o4 u4Tssn7stp -taq40
