Adjournment All information related to these applications and full legal descriptions for the subject properties are available for review at the City of Atlantic Beach Building Department located at 800 Seminole Road, Atlantic Beach, Florida. If any person decides to appeal any decision made by the Tree Conservation Board with respect to any matter considered at the above meeting, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose, may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based. MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL CALLED MEETING OF THE TREE CONSERVATION-BOARD May 3, 2003 A special called meeting of the Tree Conservation Board was held Saturday, May 3, 2003, at Paradise Preserve Subdivision. Present were Chair Barbara Mears, David Owens, Maureen Shaughnessy, and Jennifer Schlueter. Absent were Tom Hill and Bill Permenter. 1. Call to Order The meeting was called to order at 10:10 ~.m. 2. Recoenition of Visitors None. 3. New Business: A. Tree Removal Applications: 1. Paradise Preserve Subdivision Rights-of--Way: The Board members walked the site to confirm the accuracy of the survey and to determine mitigation. A motion was made by Board Member Owens, seconded by Board Member Shaughnessy, and unanimously carried to direct the Building Official Ford to issue a permit for the removal of 181.75" of oak, 70" of other hardwood, and 138" of pine: 1) to be mitigated on site with: 83.75" of oak, 34,5" of other hardwood, and 33.75" of pine; 2) to be planted on site: 7" of oak, l" of hardwood and 35" of pine or hardwood. 4.
