• TREE CONSERVATION BOARD
August 5, 1999
A special called meeting of the Tree Conservation Board was held Thursday,August 5, 1999,in the City
Hall Conference Room. Present were Mae Jones, Chairperson, Camille Hunter, Eloise Koerber and Staff
Member Susan Dunham.
The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Mae Jones at 7:05 p.m.
The Tree Conservation Board drafted a memo to Mayor Suzanne Shaughnessy and to the City
Commissioners regarding proposed procedures for tree removal on public property. Also,this memo
included specific information in reference to the Tree Conservation Board's decision regarding the tree
removal application of 2400 Seminole Road.
The Tree Conservation Board will review this memo at the next regular scheduled meeting on August 16,
1999.
There being no other business before the Board,the meeting was adjourned at 7:55 p.m.
