Minutes of January 4, 1993
The Board met for its regular meeting or. Monday, January 4,
in the Commission Chambers of City Hall. Present were:
Carolyn Woods, Chairman Thomas Frohne
Jim Pelkey John Weldon, Jr.
Staff: George Worley, Designee Carl Walker, Coordinator
The meeting was called to order by Carolyn Woods at 7:30 pm.
The letter dated December 9, 1992, from Robert Porter with
Centex Homes outlining the agreement concerning trees to be
removed/replaced within Phase 1, Selva Linkside Unit Two was
discussed. Information in that correspondence was verified
and a motion made by John Weldon to accept the letter as an
agreement between the Board and Centex Homes. Jim Pelkey
seconded, and the motion passed. Carolyn Woods signed the
letter of acceptance for the Board.
The expiration of Board terms at the end of this month was
brought up. Carolyn Woods and Jim Pelkey had both previously
agreed to accept a second term, if appointed. The appoint-
ment of Tom Frohne also expires January 31, and Tom agreed to
a second term, if appointed. Carl will notify the City Clerk
of this. The Board was also reminded that their annual elec-
tion of officers should take place in February.
With no further business, the meeting adjourned at 7:50 pm.
