Minutes of November 2, 1992
The Board met for its regular meeting on Monday, November 2,
in the Conference Room of City Hall. Present were:
Carolyn Woods, Chairman Thomas Frohne
Jim Pelkey
George Worley, Designee Carl Walker, Coordinator
Guest : Chuck Hardman, Builder
The meeting was called to order by Carolyn Woods at 7:30 prn.
Mr. Hardman was present for the discussion of the application
for tree removal at Lot # 51, Unit # `, Oceanwalk. After a
short discussion, a motion was made by Jim Pelkey to accept
the application as submitted. Torn Frohne seconded and the
motion unanimously passed.
There were no representative present from Centex Homes for
further discussion or action on Selva Linkside 2. In their
absence, and without addition documentation being presented,
no action was takers. A letter to Centex Homes to this effect
is to be sent.
Carl reported that the amendment to the Tree Ordinance had
passed at the introduction and first reading at the last City
Commission meeting although the Commission had proposed some
possible changes or questions. The second reading and public
hearing is schedule for the Commission meeting of November 9.
Board members were urged to attend that meeting.
The minutes were read and a motion made by Jim Pelkey to ac-
cept them as read. Tom Frohne seconded and the motion passed
unanimously.

With no further business, the meeting was adjourned at
7:55 pm.
