MINUTES
The Tree Conservation Board met at 7:30 P.M. on February 19,
1990. The meeting was held in the home of Dezmond Waters,
Chairman, due to the City Hall Building not being available.
Board members present were: Carolyn Woods, Jim Pelky and
Sandra Sheppard.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Waters and the Board
reviewed the business of the last meeting:
1. The appointment of Brenda Dockery as the Board de-
signee with authority to issue permits. She is to
grant no exceptions as that is the responsbility of
the Board. (Example: driveway wider than 16' with
trees inside boundaries. )
2. There still exists a question as to the site plot
plan vs. the tree survey. It was decided that there
was a need for a form for the tree inspection report.
Carolyn Woods was asked to design a form after check-
ing with Jody Ford, Chairman of the Beautification
Committee. It was suggested that Mrs. Ford might
have available a sample from a packet from another
City solicited by the Beautification Committee.
With no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 9:00 P.M.
