Present were i~arbara Ivlears, William Permenter,. Carol Rockwood, Maureen Shaughnessy, Building Official Don Ford. and Recording Secretary Susan Dunham. 1. Call to Order The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. 2. Recoenition of Visitors None. 3. Approval of Minutes of Meeting of October 23 2002 A motion was made by Board Member Permenter, seconded by Board Member .Shaughnessy and unanimously carried to approve the Minutes of the Tree Conservation Board meeting of October 23, 2002, as written. 4. Old Business A. Tree Removal Application: The Board agreed to separate the Tree Removal Application into two forms, -one for commercial and one for residential. The Board recommended changes to ,, the applications and the draft applications will be presented at the next Tree Conservation Board meeting. 5. New Business None. 6. Reports and Announcements Chair Mears advised that she would like to determine if there was any way to raise money to move approximately 12 to 15 palm trees being removed from Bill Shepard's lot to the park across the street. Building Official Ford advised the Board that Coppenbarger Homes removed approximately 15 trees on a lot on 19~' Street between Live Oak and Creekside Circle without a tree removal permit. He further advised that the Building Department gave them a "stop work" order. 7. Adjournment There being no other business or discussion, the meeting was adjourned at 8:44 p.m. Barbara Mears ,~,
