A. Public Hearing- Appeal of Community Development Board Order denying ZVAR-2011-01, request for a variance from Section 24-107(e)(2) to reduce the required twenty (20) foot rear yard
setback to allow for the future construction of a residential structure on a nonconforming lot of record of substandard size located on the west side of the right-of-way at 1725 Beach
Avenue. (City Manager)
B. Approval of location of Fleet Landing sign (deferred from previous meeting). (City Manager)
C. Authorize the Mayor to sign the Application for Revenue Sharing 2011-2012. (City Manager)
